If you are in a hurry, contact us, we can usually get it out fast. 

If we run into any problems, we will contact you right away.

If an item is out of stock, it is shown as backordered on our website.  With fast selling items there is a chance that your item will be sold.  We will notify you right away, and you can cancel the order or wait for the item to come back into stock.  

You can backorder or pre-order most of our items.  We will tell you when the order will ship, and allow you to cancel the order if you later decide that you don't want to wait for the item to be available.  

We accept PayPal.  Paypal will withdraw the money from you account when you place the order.

RETURNS

You must contact us before you return an item.

You must return the item within 14 days.

If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know.  We allow exchanges, store credit and refunds if you contact us within 14 days.  The item has to be in new condition, with tags, so that we can sell it. 

Exchanges:  You will have to pay for shipping on an exchanged item when the replacement is shipped. 

Refunds:  If you choose to receive a refund, and you received free shipping, you will be credited for the price of the item less the shipping for your item.  If you paid for shipping, we will credit your credit card for the full amount that you paid for the item itself.  In other words, you have to pay for all of the shipping if you return something. 

Most of our products are returnable.  Deeply discounted sale items are not returnable.  Jewelry is not returnable for sanitary reasons.  Underwear and lingerie is, of course, not returnable.  JJ Winters handbags are returnable for exchange or store credit only. 

To return your item, contact us via email at returns@divabelladesigns.com We will give you a return address, and shipping instructions.  You will have to pay for the postage to return the item to us, and we recommend that you insure the item.  We are not responsible for return items lost in the mail.
