At Diva Bella Designs we are constantly on the road, looking for the styles that are worn by celebrities, and meeting new artist/designers.  We find a lot of fun stuff at trade shows and music festivals.  Ginger and Gisele are particularly good at sniffing out new tasty styles. 

You will find that our prices are lower than most fashion sources.  

We are a small company, only 4 of us here.  When you contact us, we all know what is going on, so you won't have to be transferred to customer service to find out where your order is.  You will be talking to the shipping, receiving, purchasing and customer service departments all at once. We are proud to be able to give you personal service. 

Returns: 

Some items are returnable.  Non returnable items include sale items, lingerie, underwear, hosiery, costumes, and jewelry.

Exchanges:

We can usually exchange an item for a different size or color. 

You will have to pay for the shipping when we ship your replacement item. 

 Refunds: 

Your refund amount will be reduced by the amount of original shipping.  This shipping fee will be deducted even if the item was purchased with free shipping. 

JJ Winters handbags are returnable, but not eligible for a refund, only for store credit. 

To return your item, contact us via email at returns@divabelladesigns.com.  We will give you a return address, an RA number, and shipping instructions.  You will have to pay for the postage to return the item to us, and we recommend that you insure the item.  We are not responsible for return items lost in the mail. 

We will not share any of your information with anyone anytime except our credit card processor and the shipping service.  Your credit card information is stored on our secure web servers and is sent to the credit card processor through triple encrypted data transfer.  Your shipping address and name are transmitted securely to the shipper's website so that your address label can be printed.   We connect directly to USPS, FedEx, and UPS servers through encrypted connections.
